At Body Mind Flow, we understand that life can be overwhelming. In the midst of balancing work, family, and personal goals, it's easy to lose touch with yourself.

Our founder, Mel, knows this journey well. As a mother of four, teacher, and passionate fitness enthusiast, she once found herself striving to do it all until burnout hit hard. Through her healing journey, she discovered the transformative power of slowing down, tuning into her body, and integrating mindful movement with meditation.

Inspired by her experience, Mel envisioned a space where individuals, especially those carrying multiple roles, could find strength without sacrificing inner peace. This is how Body Mind Flow came to be-a sanctuary where people can pause, reconnect, and flow through life with balance and ease.

With Body Mind Flow, you can nurture your mind, body, and spirit—all in one place. Our unique model offers three integrated modalities—yoga, meditation, and strength training—under one membership. By bringing everything you need for holistic wellness into a single space, we make it easier to save both time and money, without compromising on quality or variety.

Our Classes: Designed to Rebalance and Restore

Our 45 minute classes are designed for the busy person blending 3 modalities in one, to nurture both mind and body through a carefully crafted flow. Each session begins with a grounding meditation to release stress and calm the nervous system. We then move into gentle yoga flows, followed by a 12-minute functional fitness workout to build strength and endurance. Afterward, yin yoga poses encourage deep relaxation and release, and we end with a soothing savasana to fully restore balance. Each class is a journey to leave you feeling recharged, refreshed, and entered. One space, one workout, one membership.

Hi there, I am Mel, the founder of BODY MIND FLOW. This Space was created for the busy people who love to train in the gym, but also love the balance of yoga and meditation, but don't have the hours in the day to attend all three classes. By combining the modalities together, you get enough of each to leave you feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and ready to flow through your day or night.  

This is your safe space to be authentically you, no judgement, no expectations, and definitely no pressure!
