Body Mind Flow Hiking Group

Step beyond the studio and into nature with the Body Mind Flow Hiking Group.

This is a guided walking and hiking experience created for our community members who love bush walking and adventure, or who feel curious to try but do not always know where to go or who to go with.

Throughout the year, we will be scheduling regular walks that take us out of our usual environment and into some of the most beautiful tracks and coastal paths.

These walks are more than our usual social stroll. They are longer, sometimes out of area, and designed to gently stretch you physically, mentally, and emotionally. While still relaxed, supportive, and fun, there is a sense of adventure woven through each experience. For those who feel called, there will also be the option to build toward an overnight walk, staying in a cabin and sharing the full experience together.

The Body Mind Flow Hiking Group is about connection, confidence, and community. It is a space to meet new people, strengthen friendships, and feel supported as you step slightly outside your comfort zone. Whether you have a particular track you have always wanted to try or you are open to discovering places you have never heard of, this group gives you a reason and a safe, welcoming way to say yes.

Each walk will be thoughtfully planned and guided, with clear meeting details and a supportive pace.

Dates may shift slightly depending on weather conditions, always with your safety and enjoyment as the priority.

BMF 2026 Hiking Schedule

February Coogee to Bondi return walk 12km followed by brunch Sunday 22nd February 7am to 12pm

March Coast Trek Friday 27th March

May Kiama to Gerringong walk 20km followed by brunch Sunday 17th May 7am

July Blue Mountains walk Ettalong track 14km return Sunday 26th July 7am

September Overnight hiking experience with cabin stay Saturday 26th to Sunday 27th September

November The Long Walk Sydney East Maroubra to Harbour 35km Sunday 15th November
