HabU MonthLy NEW MOON WOMEN’S CIRCLE
Join Fiona, Naturopath and Reiki practitioner, for the very first HabU Women’s Circle, held within the nurturing space of Body Mind Flow in Camden.
This intimate and sacred gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Through gentle meditation, guided journaling, crystal work, and open sharing, you will be supported to return to your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom.
Held the first Friday night each month of the New Moon, this circle offers a powerful opportunity to pause, reflect, and set meaningful intentions in a calm and supportive environment.
It is a space to be seen, heard, and held, just as you are. Whether you are new to this practice or returning to deepen your connection, you are warmly welcomed. Spaces are limited to honour the intimacy of the circle. We look forward to sharing this beautiful experience with you.

Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath
Join us for a deeply restorative afternoon designed to reset your nervous system, soften your body and quiet your mind.
This two hour experience begins with gentle grounding and guided Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep. You will be led into a state between wakefulness and sleep where the body fully rests while the mind becomes calm and receptive. This is where true restoration begins.
From there, you will be immersed in a nourishing sound bath. The healing vibrations of crystal bowls and soothing tones support emotional release, energetic balance and deep inner stillness.
This is your space to pause.
To let go of mental noise.
To recalibrate your system.
Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, fatigued or simply needing time to reconnect.
No experience is necessary. Just come as you are.
