flow classes
Our 45 minutes Flow classes are designed to nourish both mind and body. Each session begins with meditation to calm the nervous system, recognising that many arrive carrying the stress of demanding days. From there, we guide participants through gentle yoga flows and mobility exercises to prepare their bodies for mindful strength, endurance or resistance training. The experience concludes with yin poses and conscious breathing, bringing the body back to stillness, so every person leaves feeling rebalanced, refreshed, and whole.
